I am a generation 5 Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, which means that I can trace the lineage of my attunements back 5 generations to Master Usui's teachings. That is a rare and special thing that is not lost on me, and keeps me connected to the original teachings of Usui Reiki. Since receiving my Master attunement in 2010, I have continued my personal journey of transformation and studied and trained in several modalities including crystal healing, meditation coaching, Celtic Shamanism, Shamanic healing practices, Soul Coaching, sound frequency healing, and more.
I offer a real vibes approach to helping you navigate your way to a better you with an intuitive mix of healing modalities.
